How do I use Scalp:Elixir?
On clean, towel-dried or dry hair, part your hair, press the tube gently and glide the gua sha head along the parting. Move about an inch over and repeat across your scalp, then massage for a minute. It's a leave-in, so there's nothing to rinse.
How often should I use it?
Once a day, ideally at night. Using it every day matters more than using a lot.
Do I need to wash it out?
No. It dries in seconds and isn't greasy, so nothing ends up on your pillow.
Can I use it on coloured or treated hair?
Yes, it's colour safe. If your scalp is sensitive or recently treated, do a patch test first.
Is it for men or women?
Both. Scalps are scalps.
How long does one ampoule last?
One 100 ml ampoule lasts around four weeks with daily use. That's why the 12-week course is three ampoules.
What's in it?
Caffeine, heartleaf and seven flower extracts in a Korean scalp-care formulation. The full ingredient list is printed on the box.
Does it contain minoxidil?
No. There's no minoxidil, so there's nothing to withdraw from if you stop.
Does it have fragrance?
No added fragrance.
Is it suitable for a sensitive scalp, or during pregnancy?
Always patch test first: apply a little behind your ear and wait 24 hours. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have a scalp condition or take medication, check with your doctor before using it.
When will I see a difference?
Hair grows slowly and scalp care builds up over time, so give it a full twelve weeks of daily use. We won't promise a date, because nobody honestly can.
What happens if I stop?
Nothing dramatic. There's no minoxidil, so there's no rebound shedding. Your scalp simply goes back to its usual routine.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and usually arrive in 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Pay online instead and you get an extra 5% off at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also write to us with your order number.
Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons we can't take back opened personal-care products. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we'll replace it or refund you.

How do refunds work?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund to your bank account or UPI.
