The short version
- Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India.
- Dispatched within 24–48 hours, delivered in 3–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery available. Pay online and get an extra 5% off.
Where we ship
We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. We don't ship internationally yet.
Delivery times

Remote areas, sales, festivals, weather or courier delays can add a few days. We'll keep you posted if that happens.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Payment options
- Prepaid: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Prepaid orders get an extra 5% off at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery: available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Questions about your delivery? Write to contact@inoko.in with your order number.
Failed deliveries
The courier usually makes up to three delivery attempts. Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it wasn't accepted, we'll contact you about re-shipping or a refund as set out in our Refund policy.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging looks tampered with or badly damaged, you can refuse the delivery. If you notice damage after opening, record an unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
